Intended use:
Electro-vibrator is designed to induce vibrations with a rate equal to the motor’s rotations. It is used as a drive for devices transporting loose materials in a horizontal and vertical manner, screening devices as well as loosening of loose materials, e.g. in containers and bunkers. Due to their enclosed structure, electrovibrators can operate in dirty, dusty and open rooms. Electrovibrator’s structure ensures reliable operation in any location in conditions of periodical or continuous operation. The standard level of dust protection is equal to IP55 and IP65 in special editions.
Equipment description:
Electro-vibrator is a three-stage induction motor with a squirell-cage rotor. Both ends of the shaft with a reinforced bearing include embedded off-center unbalanced adjustable and fixed masses. The static moment of those masses, as well as the vibration exciting force rate can be adjusted in a stepless manner within the range specified in the table. An important advantage of this type of electro-vibrators is the ability of stepless adjustment of the exciting force. This activity can be performed only when the motor is shut down. It is possible to adjust the vibrating motor’s power in a stepless manner (within the range of values from -40 to +10 of nominal rotations) via application of a rate converter. We also offer additional electronic equipment in the form of e.g. electric back-stops and inverters.
At the request of the Customer, the aforementioned electro-vibrators can be made with a voltage of 500V.
