Intended use:
Spiral vibrating conveyor is designed for vertical transport of various loose materials. During processing, material is subjected to various chemical reactions, and the medium can be additionally: cooled, dried, heated, moistened or ventilated. Conveyor with an electro-magnetic drive can be used for dosage of the transported material, as it features a stepless capacity adjustment during operation and the ability of remote control of the processing.
Technical description:
Spiral conveyor is comprised of a drive and rectangular trough mounted to the central roller part of the helix. Spiral conveyors can be powered with the use of inertial electro-vibrators or an electro-magnetic vibrator and directional springs. If necessary, the conveyor’s trough can be made as dustproof. The conveyor’s capacity is dependent on the type of transported material, its properties and the dimenions of the trough.
Upon request of the Customer, all elements in contact with the fed material can be performed from stainless steel or other materials.
