Intended use:
Linear vibrating feeder is designed for packaging of products with granulation of 0-20mm for various packagings. The product should be dry, should not adhere and lump up. The device can also be used as a dispenser of any quantities of components of the final product.
Technical description:
Linear feeder is comprised of a container and a vibrating trough located under it. The container in which the packaged product is located can be connected in a dustproof manner with another container of a larger capacity. The vibrating motions of the trough allows it to transport the material with a specific stream and rate directly into the package placed at the outlet. The trough’s outlet ends with a discharge adapted to a given type of packagings. The packaging is located on a scale which transmits an electric impulse halting the feeder after obtaining the required portion via a breakless sensor. The required portion can also be meatured with a time relay, i.e. specified time of feeding or an electronic scale, where the halting impulse is obtained in a different way than via a breakless sensor. A packaging cycle is commenced after pressing the “START” button – manually or remotely. The container’s capacity can be adjusted by the quantity of the transported stream determined by the width and height of the trough. Application of a thyristor-controlled power supplier allows for obtaining stepless capacity adjustment from 0 to max. and the ability of remote control of processing during operation.
Upon request of the Customer, all elements in contact with the fed material can be performed from stainless steel or other materials.
